Develop a satisfying yoga
practice where you progress safely in a way that meets your needs. Discover
tools of self-care to improve your flexibility, posture and balance. Learn to
cultivate calm and focus using your breath. The gentle pace makes these classes
accessible for a variety of students.
Yoga classes are offered using the Zoom platform to participants who have demonstrated a high degree of autonomy as OpusYoga students in the past. Students are expected to respect their range of motion and to use appropriate modifications when necessary.

The 8-week Fall Series will begin on September 15. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays until October 29, 2020.
