Winter classes continue on Zoom.

If you want to enhance your well-being, take charge of your health, this yoga program may be what you have been looking for! 

Develop a satisfying yoga practice where you progress safely in a way that meets your needs. Discover tools of self-care to improve your flexibility, posture and balance. Learn to cultivate calm and focus using your breath. The gentle pace makes these classes accessible to a variety of students.

Yoga classes are offered using the Zoom platform to participants who have demonstrated a high degree of autonomy as Opus Yoga students in the past. Students are expected to respect their range of motion and to use appropriate modifications when necessary.
