Summer Yoga on Zoom

If you want to enhance your well-being, take charge of your health, this yoga program may be what you have been looking for! Develop a satisfying yoga practice where you progress safely in a way that meets your needs. Discover tools of self-care to improve your flexibility, posture and balance. Learn to cultivate calm and focus using your breath. The gentle pace makes these classes accessible for a variety of students.

Yoga classes are offered using the Zoom platform to participants who have demonstrated a high degree of autonomy as OpusYoga students in the past. Students are expected to respect their range of motion and to use appropriate modifications when necessary.

A 10-week Summer Series will begin on June 23. Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 23 to August 27.

What you need: A yoga mat, 2 blocks, 1 strap and a blanket
(I lend blocks to participants).
One class per week $80
Two classes per week $130
Drop-in $10 (Interac only)
